According to centercinemapress , the war drama “1917” directed by “Sam Mendes” won the Golden Globe Awards 2020 for best film and director, and in the television section, “Heir” and “Flybag” won the best awards respectively. Drama and comedy series were assigned to themselves. 

This year, the movie “The Irishman” directed by “Martin Scorsese” was nominated for the Golden Globe Award in five categories, but did not win any award.
